No Data Collection by Tcalls
The Tcalls plugin does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or any third party. When installed, the plugin operates entirely within the user’s own WordPress website environment. All form data — including phone numbers and OTPs — is processed locally by the user’s website and/or their chosen third-party messaging API (such as WhatsApp).
We do not have access to, nor do we retain, any of the following:
- Phone numbers entered into forms
- One-Time Passwords (OTPs) sent via WhatsApp
- Form submission data of any kind
Use of Data on Your Own Website
If you are a website owner using the Tcalls plugin, it is your responsibility to ensure your own website’s compliance with applicable privacy laws. This includes providing transparency to your users regarding what data is collected and how it is used.
The Tcalls plugin simply facilitates the sending of OTPs through your own WhatsApp API or service provider, and does not transmit any data to Tcalls servers.
